Huawei to release HarmonyOS smart car display
The Chinese company intends to release not only its own devices with its own operating system, but also wants to offer a smart screen with an Android analogue designed for cars.
The smart screen is manufactured by researchers from the Huawei division. The scope of the organisation includes in-depth engineering research, testing, production, and sale of “smart” equipment for cars. It is assumed that the smart screen can be used not only in cars, but also at home, in the office and during sports.
Recall that the development of the Harmony operating system was a challenge to the Americans, who, after the imposition of sanctions against Huawei, prohibited the Chinese from cooperating with Google in terms of software development. This operating system is universal and can be used in different devices, and after a change of generations, it can also become an alternative to Android in displays for machines.
